Exceptional property, exceptionally clean, great service and excellent value. Nice hot breakfast to start the day with real eggs and fresh omelettes, for example. Industrial area, unbeatable and good location, right by the Fort McMurray marketplace, the centre and a mountain of pillow options, an enormous walk in shower and laundry machines.

Its location was unbeatable, in everything from beds to plumbing fixtures, and in an industrialised area. The staff were well-trained and best in the whole hotel.

Everyone from the staff was well-trained and attentive. The location was in a perfect spot for our business trip. Distance to the airport was just 25 km.

Facilities were very nice, nevertheless internet was terrible.

The rooms at the Best Western Fort McMurray are well laid out and clean, with plenty of amenities and a comfy bed. I loved the abundance of pillows and the nice large fluffy towels. The on-site restaurant offers a nice variety of tasty food and drinks, and the convenient store has a great selection of neat foods and supplies. The outstanding service from the check-in staff to the servers in the restaurants truly made my stay the best one possible. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience.

It had marvellous and quiet location, just off Fort McMurray, Alberta, a light industrial desert and a mountain of pillow options, an enormous walk in shower and laundry machines. It also was in a business park.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms were outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our group of 28 hockey players had a great time, even while they were having their own Christmas party. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The lounge and breakfast facility were well-organized with excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel.
